Day 379 Repeated poppies

I'm creating a drawing a day, just for the art of it.
Today's is a repeating design of poppies. There is a lot of computer technology and heavy machinery goes into the design and manufacture of printed textiles these days but it all does a faster neater version of what I did here by hand.

Pinching my daughter's art materials again!

I'm creating a drawing a day, just for the art of it.
Today's is a flower done with Windsor and Newton water colour markers (that my daughter got for Christmas) and a bit of white acrylic. It's not at all British to say this but I'm really pleased with this one, although as a textile designer I'm right in my comfort zone with flowers. #drawingadayclub
