Today's is a rose with an aura. My mum often draws things with their life energy visibly represented, my brother even comes a team for it " auras of zing"!

So this is a rose with auras of zing!

Doing one every day, just for fun, gives me a chance to experiment without feeling I must produce sellable design on time. However not all experiments are successful and I'm not convinced about this one. The shell on the left has a fat ass! And as they conform to a mathematical spiral you can't just say it's a natural variation.

Mother's beach, Mornington, Melbourne, Australia

Today's is mother's beach (so called because it is sheltered, and slopes out very gently). The little town of Mornington is Victorian, Australian style, so it looks like an American old west town, painted in Brighton beach hut colours!  We found many many starfish. Jasmine and I love this spot.

Today's is one of my dreams. My family and I are planning to take a year out and explore Europe in 2019.

We have this huge map in our bedroom and we all add arrows and dots when we find out about some place we want to add to the tour. I've included a picture of the map.

Today is my birthday, I'm 39.

I asked people yesterday what I should draw on my birthday and most said myself, in a way this is what I have done, if you extend the definition of myself to include the things that represent me.

The idea came from a text from my mum "Happy Birthday my Loch Lomond girl" this is where I was born and used to be the clan lands of my father's clan. Now it's a national park.

Today's is a bird, no doubt someone will tell me what kind. I love birds but I was scared of being labeled a bird watcher as a teen-ager so I didn't listen when my dad taught me all about them. I was seldom a sullen teenager, but you have to draw the line somewhere.
