Rose, a present from my daughter!

I'm creating a drawing a day for the art of it.

Today's is a rose my daughter gave me, she's eight, sometimes I think children have trouble getting presents for their parents, they seldom have any money not given them by their parents and they are still trying to work out the adult world (good luck with that one!) But my daughter really aced it when she brought me a rose "For my drawing."

I'm creating a drawing a day for a year, just for the art of it.

Today's are roses. I have made a foam sheet printing "block" and printed two roses then worked into one of them. It's all done with Derwent Inktense ink blocks and inktense solid ink pencils.

Rose with an aura!

I'm creating a drawing a day for a year, just for the art of it.

Today's is a rose with an aura. My mum often draws things with their life energy visibly represented, my brother even comes a team for it " auras of zing"!

So this is a rose with auras of zing!
